Отличный рецепт

Время приготовления:

Количество порций: 24

Ингредиенты:

2 стакана муки
250 гр. масла сливочного или маргарина
1 стакан сахара
1 яйцо
Чайная ложка разрыхлителя теста
Щепотку соли
Для начинки:
в оригинале начинкой служит вареная сгущенка, в данном случае это будет грушевое варенье


Приготовление:

В блендере взбить яйцо, масло, сахар.

Массу аккуратно выложить в миску и добавить разрыхлитель. Размешать до однородной массы.

Тесто поставить в холодильник на полчаса.
После винимажем из холодильника, и наполняем заранее приготовленные и смазанные маслом формочки. Наполняем 2/3 формочки.
Помещаем в заранее нагретую духовку 200-220 градусов.

Выпекаем до темно золотистого цвета. Вынимаем, остужаем, ложим начинку на внутреннею сторону, соеденить две вместе.


Примечание:

Примечание: используя сгущенку, можно добавить в нее немного дроблёного грецкого ореха.
