Денис (дорадо) и Мушт (амнон, тилапия)

Как же разнятся вкусовые определения и предпочтения людей, живущих в разных странах и со специфической кухней. Сегодня как раз с сыном рассуждали на эту тему. Как же мы страдали от неприятия местной кухни, когда только приехали. Никакие фалафели и швармы нас не прельщали. Мы не понимали этих огромных блюд с жареным картофелем, рваной массы зелени на каждого едока. И как это можно было все съесть. Особенно страдала я от отсутствия привычного вкуса мяса. Остаточные ощущения остались до сих пор. Наверно, я просто смирилась. Но не до конца. А рыба?

О чем собственно и пойдет речь. Слыша панегирики в честь, так называемой, царь-рыбы средиземноморья – рыбы дорады, известной в Израиле под названием "денис", решила сама определить ее достоинства, изменив своему правилу покупать только рыбу пресноводную. Сын сопротивлялся моему желанию и решению, но, проигнорировав его стоны, позволила себе купить пару штук этой рыбки и одну тилапию заодно.

Почистила всю рыбку. Решила денис запечь на решетке под рассолом для горячего копчения,

а тилапию просто обвалять в специях, полить соей, посыпать луком и запечь в посуде в духовке.



Все получилось просто замечательно и качественно. Но наш карп в 100 раз вкуснее. Ну да ладно, должны же были мы познакомиться поближе, в конце концов, с этим "царем". Разжаловали мы его в простолюдины. Абсолютно не впечатлил вкус, да и костей хватало, хотя слышала, что рыбка эта малокостная.

У нас дораду не встречала, а вот тилапия на каждом шагу.
Да, по вкусу и цвету , как говорится. .. Я предпочитаю морскую рыбку. Здесь огромный выбор морской тихоокеанской рыбы. Для меня просто рай 😊.
Тилапию не уважаю, т.е иногда покупаю, когда другой нет (за другой рыбкой надо в Кито на базар переться, а эту можно здесь за углом купить ) Нахожу ее безвкусной. Хотя пробовала вкусное блюдо из нее - завернутую в банановые листья и запеченную таким образом на углях.
А дораду я здесь не встречала

Опять хочется рыбки, стали мы какими-то "рыбоедами". То консервы рыбные в большой банке сын приносит, большой любитель консервированного тунца, да и я вдруг оценила. Вчера пару банок шпрот просто проглотили одним махом.

Ну вот, опять вчера затарила ребенка туной консервированной. Значит, всегда он будет сыт и без моего в том участия. Есть у него еще несколько банок консервированной острой фасоли, острого перчика - это как раз по его вкусу. Ну, а я уж как-нибудь по-своему буду обходиться. Разделились, в общем, по интересам.
